What are the stages in the Opportunities Board?
The stages in the Opportunities Board represent the steps in the new patient process, from initial contact to final closure. These stages include:
New Lead: When a lead submits their information, they enter this column and receive automated text and email communications.
Prospect Replied: If a lead replies to the automation, they automatically move to this column. Here, the automated text and email communication sequence is turned off.
Connected Stops Messages: Manually move leads here if you no longer want them to receive automated messages, such as after a phone connection.
Prepay: For clients using the prepay feature, manually drag leads to the Prepay-Needs to Pay column to send out a prepay link. Leads will receive the prepay link and a short reminder sequence to pay. When a lead pays, they automatically move to the Prepay-Paid column and receive the “paid” tag. If a lead does not pay after 2 days, your team will be notified via email.
Appointment Confirmed: This stage is for leads that have confirmed an appointment. Leads scheduled in our calendar will receive an appointment confirmation and appointment reminders via email and text.
No Show/Canceled: For leads that have canceled appointments or did not show up. Leads will receive a short sequence of text and email asking them to reschedule.
Showed Up: For leads that have attended their appointment.
After 1st Visit - Did Not Sign On: For leads that did not sign on for care after the first visit but are qualified leads that you want to keep in touch with and still try to convert.
Report of Findings: For clients that conduct a Day 2 - Report of Findings visit.
Success: For leads that have signed on for a care plan or booked follow-up appointments and are now your patients.
Other: Keep in mind that these stages can be customized to create a more seamless experience. Please let us know if there are stages to be added, renamed, or removed from your Opportunity Board.
