This issue can occur for several reasons. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
Is the right pipeline selected?
Ensure that you have the correct pipeline selected in your Opportunities Board. The dropdown is on the top left hand side of your Opportunities Board. The board might be displaying leads for a different pipeline, or it might have defaulted to a pipeline you’re not currently using.
Double-check any search parameters or filters that may be applied to your Opportunities Board. Filters like date ranges, lead status, or assigned users could be hiding some leads from view. Clear all filters and reset the search to see if the leads reappear.
Note: Check that the search bar is empty and contains no spaces. Sometimes, accidentally pressing the space bar can cause no leads to show.
Check your filter parameters
If you are still not seeing it try to do a hard refresh while you have the page open on chrome by doing CMND + Shift + R (mac) or CTRL + Shift + R (pc).
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, raise a service ticket with our support team . Provide them with details of the issue, including screenshots if possible, so they can assist you more effectively.
